Welcome to our Lunchtime Forest School Club. Please read these simple terms and conditions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

• All children must be registered with the club and have parental consent to attend.
• Participants should wear suitable clothing and footwear for outdoor activities, regardless of weather conditions, details can be found on our booking page, https://bookwhen.com/talkingsticks. Failure to wear clothing appropriate to the weather conditions may result in your child not being able to take part in the session.
• Children must follow the instructions of Forest School Leaders at all times for their safety.
• No food or drink (other than water) should be brought to the club unless agreed in advance with staff.
• Parents or guardians must inform us of any medical conditions or allergies before their child attends.
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
• Persistent inappropriate behaviour may result in exclusion from the club.
• Please note that Forest School Lunch Club runs in all weather conditions other than very high winds.  If very high winds are forecast we will monitor the situation and take a decision as to whether to run the session.  If it is deemed unsafe for the session to take place in the Forest School area we will endeavour to deliver the lunch club at an alternative location within the school grounds. 
• You pay for a half terms worth of sessions and no refunds are given if your child does not attend a session due to illness, term time holiday, school trip, they haven’t brought the correct clothing or they simply forgot to come to the club, a session fee will still be charged.  A refund will only be considered in extenuating circumstances (Please see our refund policy on our booking page https://bookwhen.com/talkingsticks)
• The club operates during school lunchtimes only and children should either go for their lunch or go to play at the end of the session. 

By the booking a place at Forest School Lunch Club, you agree to these terms and conditions.
